Privacy Policy

This policy describes what client data Frogus Cloud ("we") processes, why, where it is stored, and what you can do with it. Questions: privacy@froguscloud.ru.

1. What data we process and why

Registration, provision of services, support	name, email address, phone number; for companies, company details and representative's data	performance of the contract
Protection against fraud and abuse	phone number, payment method information, IP addresses and times of logins to the client area, logs of actions in it	our legitimate interest in the security of the service and of other clients
Payment and accounting	payment information; card data is processed by the payment provider, and we see only the masked card number	performance of the contract, accounting requirements
News and offers	email address, name	your separate newsletter consent, which you can withdraw at any time

We do not view the contents of your servers or process it as our own data: you are responsible for the data you host on your server.

2. Where data is stored

The client area and the server management platform run on servers in Russia, where account data is stored. Client servers are located in the Netherlands; your personal data is not transferred there, only technical parameters (configuration, IP addresses, hostname).

3. Who we share data with

• payment providers, to accept payments;
• an email delivery service, to send emails about invoices and servers;
• the providers whose infrastructure hosts our servers, to host the databases, without access to them for any other purpose;
• government authorities, only upon a lawful request.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

• Account data: for as long as you use the services and up to 3 years afterward, which is usually how long it takes to handle complaints and security issues related to your servers.
• Payment and accounting records: 5 years.
• Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent.

After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You can find out what data of yours we store, get a copy of it, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw your consent to newsletters, and object to processing. Write to privacy@froguscloud.ru; we reply within 30 days. Deleting your account means termination of services; data that must be kept for accounting and complaint handling is deleted after the periods set out in section 4.

6. Data protection

Only employees who need data for their work have access to it. Connections to the website and the client area are encrypted, administrator logins are protected by two-factor authentication, and backups are stored in encrypted form. If data is leaked, we will notify the affected clients.

7. Cookies

The froguscloud.ru website does not use cookies or analytics services. The client area uses only technical cookies required for logging in and keeping the session running.

8. Changes

A new version is published on this page with its date; we notify you of significant changes by email.
