Newsletter Consent

Draft of October 15, 2026. Takes effect when sales open.

Consent is optional: you can register and use the services without it. You give it by checking "Receive news and offers" in the client area, either at registration or later in the notification settings.

By checking this box, you agree:

to receive from Frogus Cloud by email news, selections of blog articles and digests, and messages about new services, promotions, and discounts;
that for these emails we use your email address and the name from your client area. We may engage an email marketing service to send them; the data is not used for anything else.

Service emails, such as those about invoices, payments, the end of a paid period, maintenance on equipment, or abuse complaints, are not newsletters and are sent for as long as you use the services.

How to unsubscribe

At any time: via the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email, by unchecking the box in the notification settings of the client area, or by writing to privacy@froguscloud.ru. Newsletters stop within 3 business days.
