Frequently Asked Questions

Payment

How do I pay?

With a Russian bank card (Mir, Visa, Mastercard) or via SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System). The money goes to the balance in the client area, and payments for servers are charged from it.

Do I need a foreign card?

No. You pay us in rubles, and we settle with the data center in the Netherlands ourselves.

Can I get a refund?

If the server does not suit you, contact support and we will sort it out. We refund the unused balance on request; see the Terms of Service for details.

Do you provide accounting documents for companies?

Contact support and we will prepare the documents you need.

Servers

How long does it take to get a server after payment?

The server is created automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Which operating systems are available?

Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux. You can reinstall the system at any time from the client area.

Is there a traffic limit?

Traffic volume is not capped, and there is no extra charge for it. The first 5 TB of outbound traffic per month is transferred at the port speed of up to 1 Gbit/s, and after that at 100 Mbit/s until the end of the month. Inbound traffic is not counted. Websites, bots, and databases usually need tens to hundreds of gigabytes per month.

Can I add resources later?

Yes, cores, memory, and disk can be added without migrating data. Resources cannot be reduced: for a smaller configuration, order a new server and move your data to it.

What does "no memory overcommit" mean?

Many hosting providers sell more memory than the server physically has, betting that not all clients will use it at the same time. We do not do this: the memory you pay for is reserved for your server.

Rules

What is not allowed on a server?

Sending spam, scanning other networks, taking part in attacks, hosting malware or prohibited content, and mining cryptocurrency. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Why do I need to verify my phone number or payment method?

This protects us against fraud and spam from new accounts. Usually it is enough to verify your phone number or pay by card.
